Camp Rickenbacher was active in the hill country outside Ingram Texas in the early 1960. It later became Camp Bear Creek when the Rickenbacher family (Eddie) decided to sell the property.<br />
Camp Rickenbacher was inactive for at least 30 years but is currently designated as the primitive camping side of 2 camps (Camp Rickenbacher on one side and and Camp Frederick on the other separated by Indian Creek). A camp named for the creek (Camp Indian Creek) was active in the same general area between 1938 and 1974. (Hits: 3695)
