This patch is for the 1974 Summer Camp session. They apparently planned on issuing this patch for several years, but with year segments, as they issues a 1974 segment with it. They also apparently issued some other segments. Another collectors bought these with a segment with a tree. A picture of a boy from 1973 shows a segment with a canoe on his uniform.
