Rockers were earned by completeing certain req.,1 per weekly session(1 per year or 4 sep.weekly sessions.The staff rocker was not used by Pottawattomie or No.Ind. Councils.

Rockers are from Ricky patch in 1960
These rockers where used in 1960 and fit perfectly around the the Ricky Patch. His troop number (73) was not the year of the issue. It was 1960, I was there Troop 29, Chesterton, Indiana
