The "O" in Dimond-O is for "Outpost". The camp was located on the west side of Yosemite National Park (CA) near Mather before Hetch Hetchy. The camp was on Evergreen Rd. about 2 miles from Evergreen Lodge.
The first Camp Dimond was in the Oakland hills and is now a Jr, High School.
