This is the Corn Belt Councils, Camp Heffernans Camp Emblem Award (later know as the Blockhouse Award) used from 1941 - ca. 1948. The blockhouse was the camp icon designed after an actual blockhouse built on the camp in 1932 and still stands today (2014).
